Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Analytics and Data to lead the enterprise data and analytics function in a remote setting. This leadership role drives strategy, delivery, governance, and adoption of trusted data products and analytics capabilities across the organization.

You will manage analytics professionals, partner with executive leadership, and advance data-driven decision making, AI initiatives, and scalable platforms to support business outcomes for patients and clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, BI, or data platforms in a large enterprise.
• 5+ years leading technical or analytical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms, data pipelines, data models, reporting, dashboards, and governed self-service analytics.
• Experience establishing data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, access, and privacy.
• Experience translating business priorities into measurable analytical outcomes and communicating tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data and analytics strategy, operating model, roadmap, and investment priorities in alignment with Lumicera objectives.
• Lead and develop the data and analytics team, establishes accountability and builds capabilities for current and future needs.
• Own the delivery and improvement of enterprise data products, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical solutions.
• Advance the Data Lakehouse and related platforms with data hydration, shared models, and scalable, cost-effective capabilities.
• Establish data governance with ownership, quality, lineage, metadata, access, retention, privacy.
• Create intake and prioritization processes connecting analytics demand to value, regulatory needs, and delivery capacity.
• Improve reporting efficiency by reducing redundancy and promoting governed self-service.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic questions into data products, insights, forecasts, and performance measures.
