Job summary

Argano is seeking a Director of Analyst Relations to build and lead our relations with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analysts. You will shape the strategic program, manage briefing calendars, and drive end-to-end submissions from planning to executive prep.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with CEOs, practice leaders, and marketing teams to translate market insights into product positioning and go-to-market plans. This remote US role requires travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of analyst relations or closely related roles with ownership of programs.
• Direct working experience with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, HFS, ISG, or similar.
• Excellent writing, editing, and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and refine a multi-year analyst relations strategy aligned to growth priorities.
• Manage calendar of evaluations (Magic Quadrants, Waves, PEAK Matrix, etc.) end-to-end.
• Prepare executives for briefings and manage post-evaluation reviews and fact-checks.
• Translate analyst insights into positioning, offerings, and go-to-market planning.
