Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field required.
• 10+ years of experience in analytical enterprise or B2B environments.
• 3+ years leading Analyst Relations for enterprise software companies.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead, and scale the Analyst Relations function and AR strategy.
• Identify target analysts and firms and build an actionable coverage map.
• Lead analyst engagements across briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and strategy days.
• Identify and lead participation in major evaluations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
• Prepare tailored product/customer narratives for analysts; coach executives for briefings.
• Define AR KPIs and report program status to leadership.
