• Experience directly hiring, managing, and Inspiring high-performing teams, with a track record of execution-focused culture.
• Expertise in Enterprise Cybersecurity, Cloud architectures, and automated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect Strategic Influence: Lead and scale an advanced AR program with boutique analysts and tier-one firms.
• Drive the Market Intelligence Loop: Synthesize analyst insights into engineering roadmaps.
• Define Next-Gen Categories: Create new spaces like AI-Runtime Security and Autonomous SOCs.
• Elevate Executive Narratives: Sharpen disruption narratives with executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Own Algorithmic Visibility: Ensure technical leadership is indexed by AI-driven research platforms.
• Lead High-Stakes Evaluative Cycles: Oversee Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves.
• Modernize Impact Measurement: Shift to data-driven metrics like share of voice and pipeline.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced technical degree is highly preferred.
