Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Head of Analyst Relations to build a global analyst relations program and shape enterprise narratives around our products and responsible deployment. You will set the engagement strategy, lead priority evaluations, and build trusted relationships across Product, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Communications.

This role is hybrid, in office 3 days a week, ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for New York-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Deep analyst relations experience in complex enterprise technology, with ownership of major evaluations.
• Proven ability to build programs with clear priorities and strong analyst relationships.
• Excellent judgment about analyst reports, evidence, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Set the global analyst relations strategy and priority firms/categories.
• Lead priority evaluations, submissions, demos, and customer evidence.
• Build a coherent enterprise narrative across product portfolio and customer outcomes.
• Develop trusted, candid relationships with analysts through briefings and updates.
• Translate analyst feedback into counsel for product and GTM teams and measure impact.
• Create a repeatable AR program with calendars, materials, and references.
