Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program that qualifies for PE licensure.
• PE registration in the employment state is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and executing the firm's alternate delivery strategy aligned with transportation clients and growth objectives in Florida.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to position in FDOTs, toll agencies and major local owners; identify opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on procurement, delivery methods, and risk posture while representing the firm.
• Lead end-to-end capture process for alternate delivery pursuits, including go/no-go decisions, teaming, pricing strategy and win themes.
• Select and negotiate teaming arrangements with contractors and partners, and direct proposal development, interviews, and shortlist strategies.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of alternate delivery opportunities.
• Provide oversight for major alternate delivery projects to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Lead resolution of technical, constructability, permitting, and stakeholder challenges with risk-based management.
• Champion integration of design, construction, and operations across all disciplines.
• Grow the alternate delivery practice through mentoring, retention, and succession planning.
• Plan resources across concurrent pursuits and projects with accountability and quality.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue forecasting, margin, backlog and utilization.
• Lead contract negotiations with balance of competitiveness and risk mitigation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for pursuits and delivery, promoting continuous improvement.
