Job summary

Lane Construction seeks a senior project leader in Central Florida to deliver Alternative Delivery pursuits and projects (Design Build, CM/GC, Progressive Design Build) with full ownership of proposals, budgets, risk, and scheduling.

Based in the Central Florida region with 25-35% travel, you will lead constructability reviews, drive value engineering, manage client relationships, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and oversee contract documents from RFQs to awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PE experience preferred.
• 10 years of experience in alternative delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of pursuits and projects with full ownership of proposals, budgets, risk, and scheduling.
• Facilitates constructability reviews during pursuit and pre-construction phases.
• Drives value engineering to optimize cost, schedule, quality and risk without compromising objectives.
• Provides oversight for traditional design-bid-build when needed.
• Develops pursuit strategy and leads submission of competitive technical and price proposals.
• Manages contract documents, client interactions, and coordination with vendors/subcontractors.
