You will develop and execute a strategic business plan, guide early project acquisition, and grow a robust practice serving public clients across transportation and municipal services. Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required in the employment state.
• 20+ years of success leading transportation and municipal projects.
• Experience managing client relationships with state/local governments in the region.
• Strong business development with key public-sector decision makers.
• Excellent communication and leadership with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a district business plan aligned with BN core values and goals.
• Recruit and develop talent to grow a robust public-client practice.
• Lead early project acquisition and convert relationships to contracts.
• Collaborate with division leadership on budgeting and projections.
• Build teaming opportunities with local consultants and agencies; actively network.
