Burgess & Niple in Orlando seeks a Senior Roadway Project Manager to lead highway, roadway and active transportation projects through planning, design and construction. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact for state DOTs, counties and municipalities.

You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review designs and reports, represent the firm at meetings and public events, and help grow our transportation practice.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• PE registration or eligible by reciprocity.
• 10+ years of roadway design experience for state/municipal clients.
• Proficient in design software and MS Office.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage planning, design, and delivery of transportation projects for public agencies.
• Oversee design execution with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants.
• Review highway, roadway, bike, and pedestrian design products.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and public events.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to staff.
• Support business development through proposals and scoping.
