You will own the architecture, standards, and governance for operational workflows on ServiceNow, applying an AI-first lens to redesign processes and deliver scalable, auditable automation.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and judgment in choosing tools and approaches that best enable global service operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology with 7+ years leading engineering or platform teams (ServiceNow or ITSM).
• Strong architecture and development standards influence rather than direct control.
• Familiar with AI-enabled workflows and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team that designs, builds, and runs automation for global service operations.
• Own the technical architecture, development standards, and governance for workflows on ServiceNow.
• Shift mindset to AI-first design and design autonomous, auditable workflows.
• Replace manual processes with scalable, reliable workflows across the service lifecycle.
• Integrate monitoring, CI/CD, cloud services, and telemetry into automation.
• Set roadmap and determine make-vs-buy decisions for new capabilities.
