AstraZeneca PLC's Evinova unit seeks a Director, Clinical Development Change & Transformation Lead to drive change management and adoption across AI-enabled solutions in clinical development. You will redesign processes, prepare the workforce, and build relationships with Therapeutic Areas and Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7+ years delivering change management or transformation programs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, biotech, or health tech environments.
• Understanding of clinical development and Clinical Operations processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/digital solutions into ways of working.
• Credibility with Director- and Senior Director-level collaborators.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and produce clear deliverables.
• Excellent communication and executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and adoption plans for AI-enabled solutions.
• Build relationships across Therapeutic Areas, Clinical Operations, and enable functions.
• Run process redesign workshops and document current/future state workflows.
• Deliver workforce readiness, training, and capability building.
• Manage rollout execution with product, delivery, and customer teams.
• Develop communications and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Track adoption metrics and benefits, with dashboards and reporting.
• Synthesize user insight into prioritized product recommendations.
• Contribute to transformation playbooks and external customer support.
