Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, or strategic initiatives with AI focus.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional enterprise programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI, and data platforms (fluency expected).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy execution and use case development.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned to objectives.
• Translate problems into AI opportunities with clear ROI and roadmaps.
• Build and maintain an enterprise AI use case pipeline and governance.
• Manage end-to-end AI programs from concept to production, pilots to scaling.
