Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. is seeking a senior AI leader who will own the AI portfolio within the IT team, guiding cross-functional IT teams on AI initiatives and shaping a cohesive approach to AI development and deployment.

You will develop ethical AI solutions, translate business challenges into AI products, monitor regulations and data privacy, evaluate models, and collaborate with senior leaders to scale responsible AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience managing AI vendors and evaluating model safety, data provenance, and training data sources.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI portfolio and consult with cross-functional IT teams on AI projects.
• Develop and implement ethical AI solutions and align with regulations and data privacy laws.
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize AI models for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine and scale AI strategy across the organization.
