Job summary

InRhythm is seeking an AI Practice Director to lead the AI practice, engage C-suite clients, and shape delivery at scale using the AI DLC methodology. You will partner with the Chief Architect and Head of Delivery to drive Claude-based solutions and enterprise-grade AI platforms.

You will mentor architects, present at industry events, and help expand our Anthropic partnership while guiding pre-sales and delivery across financial services, retail, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI/ML architecture and cloud-based microservices experience.
• Deep expertise in vector databases, RAG architecture, and API design for AI.
• Fluency with agentic AI patterns, LangChain and Claude ecosystem knowledge.
• 5+ years in consulting, guiding enterprises through AI transformation and client relationships at executive level.
• Proven ability to communicate AI ROI, ethics, and risk to executives with confidence.
• Background in data engineering, Python AI development, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead InRhythm's AI Practice as Field CTO, engaging executives and workshops.
• Champion Claude AI practice, Anthropic partnership, and go-to-market motion.
• Co-own AI DLC delivery methodology for scalable agentic AI workflows.
• Architect LLM-enabled cloud apps on AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI with product teams.
• Lead AI readiness assessments and solution architecture for enterprise clients.
• Translate AI features into executable delivery plans (semantic search, agents, analytics).
• Represent InRhythm at conferences and Anthropic events, building the brand.
• Mentor AI Architects and codify best practices in Prompt Engineering and MLOps.
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term AI strategy, roadmaps, and SOWs.

Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for architecting intelligent, agent-driven applications and scalable AI infrastructure. As an AI Practice Director, you will be the technical face of InRhythm's Claude AI practice; on stage at Anthropic events, in the room with CIOs, and on the ground building the delivery methodology that powers our Foundry service offering. You will lead and inspire all stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and consultants alike. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Chief Architect and Head of Delivery to codify how InRhythm delivers AI at scale through the AI DLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle) methodology. You are the person we trust to walk into a client engagement without us, and win.

We work with cutting-edge technology, including Generative AI, RAG architectures, and Neural Networks, to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up. Together, we create applications and platforms that challenge the status quo through high-velocity AI engineering, helping our clients execute their modern digital roadmaps.

At InRhythm, you will:

• Serve as InRhythm's Field CTO, the senior technical voice in client conversations, executive workshops, and AI readiness assessments
• Champion and expand the Claude AI practice, including our Anthropic partnership, go-to-market motion, and pathway to becoming Anthropic's #1 enterprise partner
• Co-own and evolve the AI DLC delivery methodology alongside Wayne, codifying how agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures are delivered at scale
• Architect LLM-integrated cloud applications on AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, working with ML Engineers and Product Managers to navigate AI-native platform strategy
• Lead AI readiness assessments and solution architecture engagements for enterprise clients across financial services, retail, and beyond
• Define and break out AI-driven features — semantic search, autonomous agents, predictive analytics — into executable delivery plans
• Represent InRhythm at industry conferences and Anthropic events, building the brand as a thought leader in agentic AI and enterprise Claude delivery
• Mentor and grow a community of AI Architects, instilling best practices in Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, and MLOps
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term AI organizational strategies, roadmaps, and SOW development for pre-sales

What you bring to the table:

• 10+ years of technology experience including AI/ML architecture, microservices-based cloud architecture (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI), and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Deep expertise in Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), Fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and API design for AI services
• Fluency with agentic AI patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and the Claude ecosystem, or ability and drive to become certified within 30 days
• 5+ years in consulting: defining business needs, guiding enterprises through AI transformation, and owning client relationships at the executive level
• Experience leading Discovery exercises and producing detailed AI architecture diagrams for both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders
• Proven ability to communicate AI ROI, ethics, and risk tradeoffs with confidence to executive audiences
• Background in Data Engineering, Python-based AI development, and MLOps
• Computer Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent demonstrated depth)
