Job summary

Similarweb is seeking a Director of Product for the Sales Intelligence team in the United States. You will lead a cross-functional group to shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working with design, engineering, data, sales and marketing to deliver AI-enabled Sales Intelligence solutions.

You will drive customer discovery, define features, and measure success through KPIs, with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes and a strong product-market fit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
• 3+ years as a direct manager of product teams.
• Strong execution and storytelling with excellent communication.
• Hands-on AI product delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, own and execute a high impact product strategy and roadmap for the Sales Intelligence offering.
• Deeply understand customers and market needs through research and interviews.
• Define and design features to realize the product and design vision with autonomy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Ops and Sales to drive results.
• Roll out features with user testing and beta programs.
• Monitor KPIs and iterate based on user feedback.
