Kin is a remote-first homeowners insurance company that uses data, technology, and human support to make insurance simpler and more affordable, especially in climate-risked areas.

Kin is hiring a senior pricing and AI leader to drive how Kin uses AI to price homes in tough markets, reporting to the Chief Insurance Officer. You will lead AI-driven pricing initiatives from concept to production and expand AI into underwriting, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• FCAS or equivalent depth in P&C actuarial pricing.
• 10+ years of pricing experience.
• Fluency in Python and SQL; cloud data platforms experience (Databricks/Snowflake)

Responsibilities

• Lead how Kin uses AI to price homes in tough markets, reporting to the Chief Insurance Officer.
• Drive AI-driven pricing initiatives from concept to production.
• Expand AI's footprint into underwriting, product, and operations.
