Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance product development experience.
• Experience building or launching pricing features and coverage options.
• Experience supporting state expansion with pricing models and regulatory readiness.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML to pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements.
• Lead state expansion by building and launching pricing models for new states.
• Own end-to-end rollout from pricing analysis to launch and monitoring.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to improve pricing accuracy and speed.
• Partner with actuarial, product, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory readiness.
