Qualifications

• 10+ years experience leading enterprise leadership development, organizational development, talent, learning, or related discipline.
• Track record of creating and scaling leadership programs across a complex org.
• Strong understanding of how leadership development connects to talent, employee experience, culture and business performance.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs to diagnose needs and deliver outcomes.
• Practical understanding of AI and its application to learning and employee experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
