Job summary

Nulo is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning to lead demand forecasting and the IBP/S&OP process. You will align commercial, financial, and operational plans with cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners, driving analytics-driven decisions and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in demand planning or IBP/S&OP.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in consumer products or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled forecasting and planning analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly IBP/S&OP process with cross-functional alignment.
• Guide integration of commercial, financial, and demand signals into a single plan.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and partners.
• Advance planning capabilities with AI, automation, and analytics.
