Job summary

URBN is seeking an Executive Director to lead a transformation of planning technology across its brands. You will own Planning & Allocation, ERP and PLM tech, drive the o9 platform to full production and stand up a product-oriented, AI-native planning organization.

You will partner with brand CEOs, merchants and finance to shape strategy, governance and delivery, while building a high-performing team and managing vendor relationships to ensure measurable improvements in inventory productivity

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in multi-brand, multi-channel retail planning tech.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise planning platforms end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of AI-native planning, data governance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy and roadmaps for planning tech across brands.
• Drive full production rollout of the o9 platform with stable live operations.
• Lead AI-native planning initiatives for allocation, replenishment and demand.
