Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP IBP Planning to design advanced planning solutions, optimization models, and data-driven insights across strategic and tactical supply chain planning.

You will lead SAP IBP S&OP and Demand Planning work, apply AI/ML for forecasting and planning, and collaborate with Demand, Supply, and S&OP teams to deliver executable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• BS or Master's in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.
• Direct experience with SAP IBP S&OP and SAP IBP Response & Supply is essential.
• Proven experience in AI/ML applied to supply chain planning; knowledge of LLMs or data science for planning.
• Strong S&OP process knowledge — connect demand plans with supply to produce an executable consensus plan.
• Experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning including forecasting and collaboration.
• Experience with SAP APO SNP Optimization or CTM modeling to address constrained supply.
• Ability to debug and improve applications built in SAP IBP and SAP APO.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deliver scalable SAP IBP solutions for planning.
• Lead S&OP process build and system enablement to produce executable plans.
• Build supply network models using SAP APO SNP Optimization and CTM techniques.
• Create prototypes and PoCs translating requirements into production-grade solutions.
• Apply AI/ML capabilities to raise plan quality and reduce manual intervention.
• Lead projects to enhance SAP IBP / APO functionalities in use at NVIDIA.
• Drive system build, integration testing, and end-user training.
• Partner with IT and business units to develop complete supply chain planning solutions.
