Job summary

URBN, a leader in multi-brand retail, seeks an Executive Director to transform planning technology across brands and channels. You will own Planning & Allocation, ERP, and PLM technology, steering the enterprise planning platform (o9) and building a product-centric, AI-native planning organization.

You will partner with CEOs, merchants, finance and data science to deliver measurable improvements in inventory, margin and forecast accuracy while leading a high-performing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in merchandise/supply-chain planning and/or planning technology leadership.
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms and multi-brand, multi-channel retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead product-oriented planning teams and drive AI-native strategies.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy and roadmap for Planning & Allocation, ERP and PLM technology.
• Deliver the o9 platform rollout across brands and channels with vendor relationship ownership.
• Define and drive URBN's AI-native planning strategy for allocation, replenishment and demand.
• Lead a high-performing product-oriented planning technology team and ensure delivery against goals.
• Represent planning technology to executive leadership and drive innovation across the organization.
