Job summary

Purchasing Power, a PROG Holdings company, seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to modernize planning, forecasting, and decision support. This role partners with merchandising, operations, technology, and central PROG finance to align financial and operational priorities in a growing retail business.

You will build AI-enabled forecasting models, drive unit economics insights, and lead a high-performing FP&A team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• ;10+ years of FP&A or related roles, including leading and developing teams.
• ;Retail experience with understanding of unit economics, gross margin, merchandising and customer cohorts.
• ;Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities linking outcomes to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with operational alignment.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing leadership for real-time insight.
• Develop AI-enabled forecasting and reporting workflows; build scalable FP&A processes.
• Lead a high-performing FP&A team and mentor staff.
