Job summary

Philips is seeking a Director of Product Management for Diagnostic Cardiology in Cambridge, MA. You will define the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for cloud-native, AI-enabled cardiovascular software workflows.

You will lead upstream activities, shape a unified clinical experience by integrating imaging, diagnostic data, AI, and reporting, and drive portfolio performance across global teams, including R&D, regulatory, and sales.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management or related software/MedTech experience.
Leadership of complex products or portfolios from discovery through commercialization.
Experience in healthcare software and enterprise IT, with strong strategy and financial management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
Expertise in cloud platforms, SaaS, APIs, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborative leadership across global R&D, Clinical, Quality & Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Finance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for Diagnostic Cardiology.
Lead upstream product management activities including customer discovery and market analysis.
Own end-to-end lifecycle from business case through NPI to commercialization.
Partner with R&D, Architecture, Clinical, Quality & Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Services and Finance to drive cloud transformation and AI integration.
Lead and develop Product Managers to build a high-performing, outcomes-driven product organization.
