Job summary

Philips is seeking a Product Manager for Upstream Marketing – Advanced Imaging to drive portfolio strategy across sustaining and next-generation programs in the Plymouth, MN or Bedford, MA area.

You will translate customer feedback into product requirements, manage lifecycle changes, and lead software backlog and releases on the HyperVue platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated medical-device environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Translate customer feedback, complaints and post-market data into product requirements, UI/UX stories, backlog priorities, risk mitigations, and business cases.
• Experience with product development processes (agile, user-centered design, software testing) in regulated medical-device environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle changes across sustaining portfolio, including obsolescence, cost reduction, CAPAs and regional updates.
• Oversee software sustaining backlog and release roadmap for Advanced Imaging on the HyperVue platform, coordinating defects and cybersecurity updates.
• Support next-generation programs by contributing customer, market and competitive insights to strategy and roadmaps.
