Job summary

Philips is seeking a Director of Product Management for Diagnostic Cardiology to lead strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and business performance of the software portfolio. You will shape cardiovascular diagnosis by unifying imaging, data, AI-enabled workflows, and longitudinal patient information into a seamless clinical experience.

The role requires 10+ years in product management or related software/MedTech, with strong healthcare software, cloud, SaaS, APIs, and AI experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Product Management or related software/MedTech experience.
Experience leading complex products through discovery, commercialization and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare software, clinical informatics, and enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

Define and execute multi-year product strategy for Diagnostic Cardiology.
Lead upstream product management activities including customer discovery and market analysis.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from business case to commercialization and value realization.
Collaborate with R&D, architecture, clinical, quality & regulatory, sales, marketing, services, and finance teams to drive cloud transformation and AI integration.
