Job summary

Pathpoint, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Communications & AI Systems to own the communications layer, from lifecycle campaigns to telephony and AI agents.

You will build, monitor, and improve production systems that drive customer communications across email, campaigns, and telephony, with a strong focus on data quality and automation. Qualifications

• 3–6 years in marketing operations, revenue ops, business operations, or similar systems-heavy role.
• Ability to write SQL against a production warehouse and own domain reporting.
• Platform skill in at least one communications or shared inbox platform with data integration.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data syncs across systems with little documentation.
• Evidence of designing a system that others operate (queues, routing, SLAs).
• Hands-on experience operating AI in production and dealing with prompt regressions and evaluation.
• Strong communication judgment when messages go out under the company name.
• An owner's disposition: debugging, root-cause fixes, and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the communications layer end-to-end: lifecycle campaigns, shared inbox operations, and telephony surfaces.
• Write SQL, build reporting, and validate metrics for the domain.
• Operate production AI systems: monitor agents, tune performance, and manage failure modes.
• Oversee quality and rollout: guardrails, staged releases, and production readiness decisions.
• Collaborate across Salesforce, n8n, and data pipelines to ensure integrated workflows.
