Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or program leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience introducing AI tools or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and high‑impact projects across Communications, translating priorities into action.
• Shape how the team sets priorities, makes decisions, and follows through on launches and campaigns.
• Design AI-forward project management systems to surface risks and clarify ownership.
• Build rhythms, planning frameworks, and processes that create clarity with minimal excess meetings.
• Turn emerging AI capabilities into practical workflows that reduce repetitive work and improve collaboration.
• Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across Communications and related teams.
• Partner with Communications, Marketing, Global Affairs, Product, and others to align cross‑org work.
