Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree with extensive AI/ML experience.
Minimum 6–8 years in AI/ML algorithm development and leadership.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver AI platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
Oversee design, development, testing, deployment of core platform systems.
Make build-vs-buy decisions across OSS and SaaS AI tech.
Scale distributed training and fine-tuning workflows.
Own GPU capacity planning and cost governance.
Contribute to technical vision and long-term AI platform strategy.
Mentor and develop team members.
Translate enterprise AI strategy into portfolio-level plans.
Scale engineering practices with shared infrastructure.
