Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field with multiple years of experience in AI/ML

• Strong knowledge of distributed training, scheduler and orchestration tools
• Proven ability to drive enterprise AI platform strategy and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and platforms
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of core AI platform systems
• Make build-vs-buy decisions across Open Source and SaaS AI tech
• Improve scalability, cost, throughput, and reliability of training workflows
• Own GPU capacity planning and cost governance across workloads
• Shape long-term AI foundational systems roadmap
• Mentor and develop team members and foster a learning culture
