Job summary
Motion Recruitment seeks a Director of AI Platform Integrations to drive the technical strategy behind a growing ecosystem of AI, legal tech, and enterprise software solutions. This hands-on leader evaluates emerging technologies, builds integrations, and partners with vendors to turn innovative products into business-ready solutions.
You will influence the AI roadmap, own complex integrations across multiple platforms, and work with external vendors to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, platform integrations, or related roles.
- Strong experience integrating systems through APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SAML, SCIM, and related technologies.
- Experience working with multiple large language model providers and AI platforms.
- Ability to understand technical documentation, troubleshoot integrations, and develop prototypes when needed.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, escalations, and implementation efforts.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.
Responsibilities
