Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, platform integrations, or related roles.
• Strong experience integrating systems through APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SAML, SCIM, and related technologies.
• Experience working with multiple large language model providers and AI platforms.
• Ability to understand technical documentation, troubleshoot integrations, and develop prototypes when needed.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, escalations, and implementation efforts.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Experience evaluating emerging AI products and conducting proof of concept initiatives
