Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the HyperForce runtime platform.

You will guide a PM team and partner with engineering, operations, and business leaders to align platform capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives. The role centers on building a scalable, multi-substrate infrastructure that powers internal Salesforce operations and external products, while driving adoption, defining KPIs, and ensuring operational

Qualifications

10+ years in product management with senior leadership experience in infrastructure or developer platforms.
Experience guiding large-scale internal alignment and migration across matrixed teams.
Strong ability to translate complex platform concepts for executives and partners.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy for the core infrastructure platform and align with AI initiatives.
Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to drive HyperForce adoption.
Drive HyperForce multi-substrate roadmap with customer and partner stakeholders.
Ensure platform architecture supports high-scale AI workloads and data services.
Directly manage, hire, and mentor a team of 3–5 Product Managers.
Coordinate with infrastructure engineering and executives for cross-team alignment.
Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and reliability benchmarks.
