Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager for the Hyperforce team, focused on platform and infrastructure-as-a-service with a builder mindset. You will drive AI-enabled solutions for resource optimization, scaling, and availability, while shaping the product roadmap with customers and partners.

You will work across Kubernetes/IaaS platforms, CI/CD, and observability, delivering self-service automation and rich UX. Strong communication and collaboration are essential in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Solution Architect or related experience.
• Technical depth in IaaS/PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability.
• Proficiency with AI and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL).
• Experience building rich user experiences and platform automation for self-service.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product capabilities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and build strategic platform capabilities for resource optimization using IaaS/PaaS and open-source tech.
• Apply AI to identify maturity gaps, define concepts, and drive product ops.
• Engage customers and partners to shape the product capability roadmap and gather feedback.
• Represent Salesforce as a domain expert at customer interactions and industry events.
