Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Hyperforce platform in San Francisco. You will own strategic platform capabilities, apply AI to improve scaling and availability, and engage with customers to shape a road map and product concepts.

The role requires deep technical knowledge in IaaS/PaaS, containers and observability, with a strong focus on self-service automation and KPI-driven product experiences. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years minimum of Product Management, Solution Architect or similar experience.
Technical depth in user facing products, infrastructure/platform-as-a-service (IaaS/PaaS), containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability.
Proficiency and growth mindset towards leveraging AI and data analytics tools (eg. SQL).
Product management experience in developing rich user experiences, KPIs for measuring user journey and experience, and building platform automation for self-service.
Demonstrated experience in building product prototypes, writing strategy and translating customer needs into product capabilities.
A technical degree required, preferably in Software Engineering.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own and innovate strategic platform capabilities, focusing on resource optimization with IaaS/PaaS and open-source tech.
Apply AI to understand user pain points, investigate maturity gaps in scaling and availability, develop product concepts and ops.
Engage with customers and partners to build roadmaps, gather feedback, and identify challenges.
Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, events, and community sites.
