Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to build and scale an AI-native provider enablement platform. The role is hands-on initially (roughly 80% coding) and pivots to leading a lean engineering team focused on architectural excellence and delivery.

You will partner with the VP of Software Engineering, product, data, and security to craft scalable, compliant systems on AWS, aligning with HIPAA/SOC 2 expectations to advance value-based care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience is required.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role (player-coach preferred).
• Proven track record delivering production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architecture and launch core components of Oasis’ provider platform.
• Implement initial QA automation, observability, and operational workflows.
• Lead AI-powered workflow integration within provider operations.
• Develop secure, compliant, scalable cloud architecture on AWS.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and security teams to deliver value-based care solutions.
