Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role (player-coach preferred).
• Proven track record delivering production systems.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions and LLM workflows.
• Deep expertise in AWS and modern cloud architecture.
• Experience in healthcare provider-facing applications and HIPAA/SOC 2/HITRUST environments.
• Startup or high-growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead AI-native provider enablement platform.
• Own reliability, security, and operation of the AWS platform.
• Translate business needs into scalable products and prioritized roadmaps.
• Recruit and develop a small engineering team with high standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Security on platform design and delivery.
