Job summary

Intuit seeks a Director, Expert Network Planning and Analytics to own end-to-end planning and workforce operations for ICD, leading a global team across the U.S. and India to forecast demand, model capacity, and drive autonomous decisions with AI-driven insights.

This leader will optimize a ~ $1.5B spend and 40,000+ experts, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Service Delivery to build a Workforce Management Center of Excellence for the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field required; MBA or quantitative master's preferred.
• Experience leading large, global workforce management and capacity planning teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-native planning & scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own long-range capacity planning, annual/quarterly operating plans, and intraday management for a multi-segment expert network.
• Lead forecasting, capacity modelling, occupancy optimization, and routing decisions balancing cost and service.
• Drive transition to autonomous, model-driven decisioning with product/tech partnerships.
• Own WFM P&L considerations at ~1.5B scale and translate into actionable leadership decisions.
• Grow Intuit's Services business by optimizing expert operations and costs across geographies.
• Oversee cadence: planning cycles, business reviews, and peak readiness with executive visibility.
• Build the WFM Center of Excellence, unifying data models, standards, and platforms.
• Lead and develop a global team across the U.S. and India, including an India command center.
