Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring a Director, AI and Innovation Lab Experience Lead for its Dallas-based Innovation Lab. You will lead executive‑level AI experiences, manage customer engagements, and drive pipeline growth while coordinating delivery operations with cross‑functional squads.

You will engage C‑suite stakeholders, shape strategic agendas, and contribute to thought leadership in AI and emerging technologies, while pursuing continuous development and capability building across the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience facilitating senior-level workshops, innovation sessions, or strategic advisory engagements.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to contribute to pre-sales and opportunity development.
• Confident and credible communicator with experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI and emerging technology trends with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple engagements concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and personally facilitate rapid innovation sessions and AI experiences with senior customer stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships and act as advisor throughout engagement.
• Ensure high standards of preparation, delivery, and follow-up; own customer satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate end-to-end engagements from pre-qualification to post-delivery debrief.
• Contribute to and reuse library of assets; support acceptance criteria and go-to-market opportunities.
• Develop external thought leadership and pursue ongoing AI and facilitation development.
• Collaborate with senior managers to grow team capability.
