Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience facilitating senior-level workshops or advisory engagements.
• Strong commercial awareness to contribute to pre-sales and opportunity development.
• Confident communicator with experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of AI and emerging technology trends.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate rapid innovation sessions with senior customer stakeholders, translating AI concepts into strategic agendas.
• Manage relationships with customer stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Ensure high-quality customer experiences and monitor satisfaction (NPS).
• Oversee end-to-end engagement flow from pre-qualification to post-delivery debrief.
• Analyze post-engagement feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales by positioning the Lab to create pipeline and align to customer challenges.
• Assist with scoping and proposal development for Lab engagements.
• Provide pipeline reporting on activity and Lab utilization.
• Coordinate delivery with AI Lab squads (Engineers, Designers, SMEs).
• Promote reuse of assets and improve processes.
