Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Business Development Manager, AI GTM, to own the AI-native pipeline engine coordinating inbound and outbound efforts. This hybrid role requires leading people and systems, designing AI agents, and aligning AI-generated opportunities with the human BDR team.

You will manage AI pipelines, select tech stacks, set guardrails, and report outcomes to leadership across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or go-to-market experience, incl 2+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Own AI pipeline generation end to end with AI systems and human BDRs.
• Design, build, and scale AI agent architecture and workflows for prospecting.
