Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New York invites a Director to lead neuro-symbolic AI product development and scaling across the lifecycle, translating complex business challenges into knowledge-driven AI requirements with robust governance.

You will define strategy, roadmaps, and commercial outcomes while guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through architecture, pricing, and platform expansion. A blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or other related field and 5 years of related work experience.
• 7+ years in product leadership, solution delivery, enterprise technology, or platform build roles.
• Proven experience building and launching enterprise-grade products.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Location: reside in or commute to the office location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of neuro-symbolic AI products across the lifecycle.
• Translate business challenges into knowledge-driven AI product requirements including knowledge graphs and rules.
• Ensure products comply with enterprise standards for explainability, auditability, trust, and compliance.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes with measurable business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align with executives on deployment models and governance.
