Job summary

Snorkel AI is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Insights to design and run a modern TA operations function. You’ll own systems, tools, and processes, build scalable reporting, and partner with leaders to accelerate hiring with quality and consistency.

This role is hybrid, with offices in San Francisco or New York, and offers a competitive compensation range aligned with role, level, and location.

Qualifications

• Experience building or leading TA operations in a hyper-growth technical startup environment.
• Deep experience owning recruiting systems, tools, processes, reporting, and operational infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and metrics that drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the TA operations function (systems, workflows, reporting, coordination).
• Own the recruiting tech stack, including configuration, integrations, automation, and data quality.
• Modernize TA operations with scalable processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead recruiting coordination for high-quality, efficient candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Design and improve end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to onboarding and reporting.
• Develop TA metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
• Use data to identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure TA processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with priorities.
