Lennar is seeking a Director, AI Engineering (Corporate) to lead engineering teams that build and support the systems used by Lennar's corporate functions. You will set the technical direction, drive AI-driven capabilities, and ensure secure, scalable platforms that power corporate operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices, and a track record of delivering value through high-performing teams aligned to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Progressive engineering leadership experience overseeing multiple teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale corporate systems.
• Hands-on with modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
• Experience applying AI/ML to production systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
