Job summary

Lennar seeks an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent AI agents that transform corporate workflows. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and function leaders to translate field learnings into production-ready agents.

In this role you will embed with teams, define problem spaces, and ensure safe, scalable deployments. Strong Python/JS, LLMs, and cloud experience are required to drive value across Lennar’s enterprise AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4+ years of software/AI development experience.
• Experience with LLMs and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Embed with corporate teams to map work and scope AI agent use cases.
• Advise function leaders, explain trade-offs in business terms, and drive adoption.
• Design agent personas, workflows, and escalation paths.
• Build AI agents using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration tools with internal data sources.
• Develop robust prompt engineering, memory management, and monitoring.
• Deliver working prototypes and live demos iteratively with business partners.
• Test agent behavior with simulations, edge cases, and safety monitoring.
• Deploy agents to production with observability, versioning, and drift detection.
• Maintain agents post-deployment with prompts tuning and workflow improvements.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance in agent design.
