Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Director, Legal Technology to transform its legal function into an AI-native, data-driven operation. You will lead cross-functional transformation, define operating roadmaps, and manage multiple platform implementations (CLM, matter management/eBilling, DocuSign) with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and measurable business value.

The role requires 10+ years in legal operations or a similar setting, strong governance skills, and the ability to lead teams through change

Qualifications

• Executive-level written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading business transformation and change management.
• Experience owning business requirements for multi-platform legal tech.
• Experience defining governance and prioritization for AI-assisted legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Transform legal into an AI-native, data-driven operation.
• Define priorities and OKRs across multiple implementation workstreams.
• Lead and develop a team for business process design, training, and adoption across legal systems.
• Own legal system implementations and gather requirements and maps.
• Partner with IT on delivery and governance for AI-assisted workflows.
• Prioritize automation opportunities and report outcomes to leadership.
