• Drive AI adoption across the engineering org with agentic workflows and LLM-powered tooling.
• Own delivery execution including prioritization, resourcing, budgets, and vendor oversight.
• Establish engineering best practices in code quality, CI/CD, security, and reliability.
• Mentor and grow engineering managers and individual contributors.
