Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Director-level Change Enablement Process Owner to transform Change Enablement from gatekeeping to a modern, service‑oriented practice across a Fortune 200 enterprise with 100,000+ employees. The role demands enterprise ITSM leadership, AI‑driven modernization, and strong governance across internal teams and MSP partners.

The successful candidate will own policy, standards, and pre‑approval criteria, while ensuring enterprise‑wide compliance,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive ITSM experience at enterprise scale.
Deep ITIL 4 practice guidance in Change Enablement, Release & Problem Management.
Hands-on track record with AI-enabled ITSM modernization and agentic AI workflows.
Experience governing MSP/3rd‑party delivery in multi‑vendor environments.
Ability to produce clear governance documentation and executive reporting.
Experience configuring change workflows and CMDB risk assessments in ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise Change Enablement policy, standards, and pre‑approval criteria.
Ensure compliance across in‑house teams and MSP partners with defined waiver paths.
Lead cross‑process alignment with Problem, Release, and CMDB workflows.
Communicate value and modernization roadmap to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive audits, non‑compliance remediation, and CSI backlog for the Change Enablement process.
Oversee AI‑assisted change workflows with guardrails and governance controls.
