Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Director-level Change Enablement Process Owner to transform Change Enablement into a modern, service-oriented practice across a Fortune 200 organization. You will govern policy, design processes, and ensure enterprise-wide compliance with AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead governance, audits, and KPI reporting, partnering with MSPs and internal teams to elevate change velocity while maintaining stability in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive ITSM experience, including ownership or leadership of Change Enablement in a large enterprise.
• Deep fluency in ITIL 4 practice guidance and translating it to policy for a specific organization.
• Proven track record of using AI/agentic AI to modernize ITSM and enable automated risk-based approvals.
• Experience holding MSPs and internal teams accountable to a defined process with audits and escalations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow change workflows, risk assessment, and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Policy authority to approve or reject changes to the Change Enablement policy and standards.
• Enforce compliance and require corrective actions for off-policy changes.
• Approve time-bound waivers and log them for auditability.
• Direct escalation path to leadership for unresolved non-compliance.
• Provide contract input on MSP-related change-process language with stakeholders.
• Audit access to change records, CAB minutes, and MSP logs to verify compliance.
• Govern Change Enablement across enterprise and align with related ITIL processes.
