• Enforce compliance and audit readiness across in‑house teams and MSPs.
• Lead cross‑process alignment with Problem, Release, and CMDB/Configuration Management.
• Communicate progress to VP of Service Management and Steering Committee.
• Drive AI-enabled change workflows and auditability.
